Privacy notice

How we handle personal data and cookies. Last updated: 28 September 2026. The Turkish version (Aydınlatma metni) is the governing text.

1. Data controller

This notice is given under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) by the data controller Paff Company LLC (“clip.partners”), a company formed in the State of Delaware, United States. Contact: hello@paffstudios.com.

2. What we process

• Identity: your first and last name.
• Contact: your email address and phone number.
• Application details: your content area, the platforms you create on, how many accounts you run now and could open, whether you have done clip work before, links to example work if any, how many clips you can make per month and your monthly income expectation.
• Records: when you applied and consented, the language you chose; for security, the IP address and browser details kept in server logs.
• Cookie data: only if you allow it, Google Analytics measurement of visits and form use (see “Cookies” below).

This application does not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not share any in your example links either.

3. Why we process it

• To receive and review your early access application.
• To contact you by email or phone about your application and the platform’s launch.
• To tell repeat applications from the same person apart.
• To keep the site and the applications secure and prevent abuse.
• If you allow it, to measure how the site is used, as statistics.

4. Legal grounds

Application and contact data are processed under KVKK Article 5(2)(c) (directly related to entering into a contract) and 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms). Security records fall under 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) and 5(2)(f). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent under Article 5(1), which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. To run the service we work with these providers:

• Supabase: the database holding the applications, and admin sign-in (servers outside Türkiye).
• Vercel: hosting and server logs (United States).
• Google: Google Analytics measurement, only if you allow it (United States). Advertising, personalisation and Google signals are off.

The data controller and these providers are outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred and stored abroad. Data may also be shared with authorities where the law requires it.

6. How we collect it and how long we keep it

We collect your data electronically when you fill in the application on this site, and cookie data through your browser when you allow it. We keep application data for at most 12 months after the platform launches, or until you ask us to delete it, then delete, destroy or anonymise it. Google Analytics data is kept for 2 months.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you can ask the data controller to:

• tell you whether your personal data is processed and, if so, give you information about it,
• tell you why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose,
• tell you which third parties in Türkiye or abroad it is transferred to,
• correct it if it is incomplete or wrong,
• delete or destroy it under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
• tell the third parties it was transferred to about a correction, deletion or destruction,
• object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis,
• compensate you for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request from the email address you applied with to hello@paffstudios.com. We answer free of charge within 30 days at the latest, as the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller requires.

8. Cookies

• Necessary: your cookie choice is stored in your browser as clip-partners-consent so we remember it; we ask again after a year. If you switch language while filling in the application, your answers are kept in your browser only while that tab stays open.
• Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics’ _ga and _ga_* cookies measure visits and form use and last at most 13 months. Until you accept, no code loads from Google and no cookie is written; your answers in the form are never sent to Google.

On your first visit a window asks for consent; if you close it with the × or the Esc key without pressing “Accept”, no analytics cookies are used and the site works in full. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” on the home page; closing the window to withdraw consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
